The work culture in our office is very healthy and comfortable. In our office, the staff is always motivated to learn something new, with smart, creative ideas and quality work. I want to share a personal experience. When I came to the office for my normal shift, I had a sudden pain in my stomach. The pain was unbearable. When my manager and colleague saw me in that situation, they informed our People team manager. They rushed me to the hospital in no time, my family was informed, the hospital bill was paid and they were with me for the next couple of days. They arranged for transportation and accommodation for my family members when my parents arrived the next day. I feel the Orbia culture is like family, and my purpose in life is to remain with this family, to deliver a positive impact on farmers. |

My story is about how the people of Orbia bring our purpose to life. I contracted COVID-19, in 2021 and because of quarantine and the recovery process, I was absent from work for a total of 12 months. My colleagues and coworkers remembered me and my family—the contact, outreach and daily support was constant. To my Orbia friends, there are no words to express my gratitude for the opportunity to be part of this group. |
